We are getting excited to fly out to Texas for my brother's wedding this weekend. Between David and I, we will have 5 siblings get married in one year, I realize that's not quite as intense as this family, but it's one for the books to me!
In anticipation of this weekend, I wanted to go back to wedding numero uno that had not yet been debuted on this humble blog of mine. It was my only sister's wedding. She and I are kindred spirits so it was quite fitting that she and her now husband started dating back in high school around the same time David and I started dating at BYU-oh, the coincidence! Stephen got home from his mission last October (I think), they were engaged very soon after, and married in March. Love doesn't wait!
They are quite the good-looking couple. Here are some pictures that I took of them last fall in AZ.
Then we went up to Salt Lake in March for the wedding and they got married! Woo-hoo!
My Grandaddy married Jarelle & Stephen. He also married David and I, and will be performing the ceremony this weekend with my brother and his fiance. Pretty cool.

Jarelle and I had a sleepover in the same bed the night before I got married five years ago and she helped me get ready in the morning. We got to do the same thing this time, but Caleb got to sleep in middle and gave Jarelle some good wacks in the face to improve her beauty sleep for her big day. Good news-there were no bruises.
The kids have not really enjoyed taking pictures for any of the three weddings thus far. Luckily their willingness to be in a picture is improving with each wedding, or our bribes (and threats) have been getting better-I'm not sure which. Typically they refuse to be any picture where they have to be with anybody other than each other, or David and I. Here's to happy pictures this weekend! Isn't Olivia's 'so cute' pose in the second picture the best? It's been one of her standard model poses for the last six months.
Welcome to the family, Stephen (6 months ago)!
