Field Trip Friday

It's Friday night, my kids are asleep, my husband is studying, and I am blogging...I can't believe how cool I am right now.
Nonetheless, today was our second 'Field Trip Friday.'  In conjunction with the preschool I am doing at home with my kiddos, we are doing 'field trips' on Fridays that go with that week's lessons.  Last week we went here and had front row seats to watch the airplanes take off.  No security. Just walk right in.  Free entertainment.  Caleb was in heaven.
Today we went to the Cerreta Candy Factory and had a tour to see how they make candy and chocolate (also free).  We invited some other small fries and had ourselves a good time.

Now I am off to do something exciting and weekend-esque like make a divine banana cream pie shake, snuggle with my man, and watch a chick flick in some comfies.  Yep, that's my kind of Friday night.
