We went trick-or-treating and had lunch at David's work on Friday, which Caleb loved. It was much warmer and not as much walking for little legs.
Caleb understood how the trick-or-treating thing worked right away.
I tried a new recipe for some Halloween festivities-pumpkin cinnamon rolls. I made a lot of these-4 dozen to be exact. It was quite unneccessary to make that many, but it worked out because I didn't feel bad throwing away the first batch that I felt were not as soft as I thought they should be. They turned out to be quite delicious, thank goodness because they took forever to make. We had plenty to give away to neighbors.

This is my favorite picture. Caleb was really excited to go trick-or-treating again. One of the advantages of living in Utah is that when Halloween is on a Sunday, everyone goes trick-or-treating on Saturday; I didn't have that luxury growing up. It was pretty cold outside so Caleb didn't bust the plaid shirt and chaps, but he wanted to wear his hat and I snuck his vest on over his sweatshirt.

Caleb is so cute. We haven't seen you guys in over a year. That is absurd. Will you be in Arizona for Thanksgiving? We will. Trev gets home in less than 2 weeks.
You should send me the pumpkin cinnamon roll recipe. I have been making pumpkin bread and pumpkin whoopie pies like crazy.
YAY!! SOOO cute, Caleb!!! His costume turned out so cute, Aleasha! We're excited to see you guys Friday- wish it could be for longer.
